House-roasted cold brew coffee — Cold brew

We roast our own coffee, at our company's roastery in Chiba, and brew it here — hot through the year, and cold brew alongside it. The cold brew is steeped slowly in cold water rather than chilled after brewing, which is why it tastes cleaner and less bitter than iced coffee usually does.

Through 30 September 2026, the cold brew is free with weekday lunch, 11:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. — see the lunch page.
