Alcohol
A quiet glass to sit alongside the evening. Wine and whisky chosen with care, and cocktails that follow the season — in Jimbocho, unhurried.
All prices include taxA Glass at Four in the Afternoon
Ordinary enough in Europe; oddly hard to find in Tokyo, where the wine tends to arrive with dinner or not at all. We pour from the moment we open.
Wine
Available from the moment we open — a glass of wine in the middle of the afternoon is ordinary enough in Europe and oddly hard to arrange in Tokyo.
The list changes with what we can get, so rather than printing it here: tell us what you have ordered to eat, or what you usually drink, and we will pour something that fits.

Japanese Whisky
Served in 45 ml measures. These have become difficult to find at a reasonable price outside Japan — and, increasingly, inside it.
Highballs — whisky with soda, the way most of Japan drinks it — are listed below from ¥650.
